The space This cottage opens to a large entertaining area. Perfect for recharging after a long day at the beach or cooking with fresh seafood from Joe Patti's. The home offers WiFi with Smart Televisions in the living area and bedroom. The private bedroom features a California King mattress, access to the included washer and dryer, and access to the private bathroom, which offers a large, walk-in shower. A private paved patio in the rear is the perfect place to barbeque on the provided grill or relax while catching up on some reading. Guest access You have access to the full home and all of its features. A private driveway is provided for parking, and street parking is available if needed for trailers, etc. Access is not provided to a storage shed located on the rear of the property. Other things to note This home offers full recycling for guests and uses "green" cleaning products and toiletries.
