No one other than the booked guests are allowed on the property without prior approval. Service animals are to be on a lease when outside and must be crated if left alone in the apt. The space The garage has been converted into a 1 bedroom apt with full bath and full kitchen. It’s simple and sweet. Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean. It is decorated cute. Has large TV in living room. Guest access Private parking and private entrance. No unregistered guest are allowed on property without prior approval. Ring camera is located on Front door. Other things to note Bedroom is located upstairs with its own window unit. Walls are slanted on one side, so watch your head. Please remove shoes when going upstairs. No pets are allowed. There will be a $50 per day charge if animals are brought on the property without prior written approval. We have a camera and a ring camera located on the front of the garage apt. to monitor the driveway.
