This is an upstairs room in my ranch style home, where you can relax and unwind. There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combination adjacent to the room. I give my guests their privacy and space, but I’m also very open to sharing the living room and kitchen areas with guests. Feel free to use the deck, patio and laundry room. I hope you find your stay in my home very relaxing and enjoyable. The house is newer and on a cul-de-sac, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s a ranch home with laundry on the main level. There are no neighbors behind the house, which makes the deck and patio private and relaxing. This guest room is at the front of the house. There may be in garage parking available during your stay. Please ask. Guest bedroom is private with a lock on the inside. There is a TV for your enjoyment, and a closet for your use. The rest of the house is common areas, including a living room, kitchen and laundry room. Use of stove, microwave and refrigerator are welcomed. I will reserve room in the pantry for longer stays. Guests are free to hang out in their space or socialize in the common areas. Interaction will be as much or as little as you want it to be. I will respect your privacy. I will supply towels and extra bedding for you to change out during longer stays. I will wash the linens and towels. I am very responsive via the platform. I do have fairly regular housekeeping services, but I will not enter your room for cleaning without giving you advanced notice. Quiet cul-de-sac. There are no neighbors behind the house, just trees and a very small creek. There is a shopping center, pharmacy, gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores very close. I’m happy to give directions or make recommendations if you need them. Easy to get in and out of neighborhood. Close proximity to both Cornhusker Road and 72nd St. Parking in the driveway is available. Parking in the garage may be available. This location is about 20 to 25 minutes from Eppley airfield, about 15 minutes from Henry Doorly Zoo. 20 minutes from the CHI Arena event center and 20 minutes from TD Ameritrade ballpark, home of the College World Series. You are welcome to bring in food from one of the many local restaurants, or you are welcome to cook in the kitchen. I am happy to share staples like salt, spices and sugar. I just need to know when we are low on items so that I can replace them. The kitchen is fully stocked. I just ask that you clean up any dishes that you use.
