1 Room with own bathroom in basement in Altperlach

One quiet room in the basement in large semi-detached house in beautiful Altperlach. The use of the large kitchen, living room and sunny terrace is included, as well as the possibility to pet our little cat Smokey. The space The large, cozy room is furnished and equipped with everything you need: bed, dresser, small sofa (which can be turned into an additional futon bed), desk. Right next to the room you have your own bathroom with sink, shower and small closet. The shared washing machine is also located there. On the first floor is the separate guest toilet. Although the room is located in the basement, it is very bright due to two windows. Guest access We also have a large living and dining area with a large, new kitchen (great coffee machine) on the ground floor which of course can be co-used as well as our sunny terrace. In the basement we also have a drying room, including dryer. In front of the house is always enough space for cars. During your stay We are mostly working from home in our homeoffices.
