Quiet wooded setting on a main street near a major intersection. Close to UNC-Chapel Hill & Duke Univ campuses & their medical & dental facilities. Short walk to free local transit. Near excellent museums in Durham & Raleigh. 25-30 min drive to/from Raleigh-Durham Airport (rush hour 35-45). The space Large comfortable house, bathroom shared by 2 guest rooms only. Room is sunny & spacious, comfortable queen size bed & futon. You can use the kitchen, we make coffee/tea. Along with the queen size bed there is a very comfortable double bed size futon in this room. We can open the futon to accommodate up to 4 people or (for $5 extra) 2 people who don't want to share a bed. Children of all ages are welcome. A Graco Pack 'n Play Play Yard (playpen size), toys and books for infants to teens are available for your use. PLEASE NOTE: Check-in & Check-out are FLEXIBLE. Just tell us what you need. It says "11:00pm" because the program won't let me put in "Flexible". Ignore any specific times given in the trip confirmation email. Guest access The guest bathroom is shared by the 2 guest rooms. We consider the rest of the house common spaces, but please remember that we live here. Spaces may not always be clutter free, but we are happy to have guests use the kitchen, eat in the dining room and sit in the living room. During your stay ~Check-in and Check-out are flexible.
