Spacious and romantic suite of about 45 square meters on two levels with independent entrance in the historic Palazzo d'Assi, in the village of Monforte d'Alba. This suite is a perfect combination of antique and modern design elements, offering guests a colorful and welcoming environment. The bedroom and living room, located on the second floor, are characterized by a large arched window that illuminates the room. The name of the room is reminiscent of the old village oven, which was located right here, adding a touch of history to the stay. On the second floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is another spectacular suite that continues to mix ancient atmospheres with contemporary design. Other suites are available in Palazzo d'Assi, each with its own unique charm and history, offering a variety of experiences for guests who wish to immerse themselves in the beauty and culture of the place. The space At Palazzo d'Assi, each suite offers a unique and immersive experience in the medieval atmosphere, without the distraction of televisions. The Il Giudice suite, historically home to the judge of Monforte, welcomes guests with a view of the "infernotto", an ancient cellar carved into the rock, visible through a glass door. The Il Forno room, once home to the Monforte oven, envelops guests with its thick walls and exposed stone walls, typical of medieval buildings. The Pianista suite, accessible via a modern spiral staircase, enchants with its bright colors and breathtaking views of the Alpine arch and the Langhe vineyards, offering moments of contemplation and relaxation. This staircase also connects the Pianista suite with the Forno suite on the lower floor, creating a space that can accommodate up to six people. Every detail is designed to transport guests on a journey through time, keeping the historical authenticity of Palazzo d'Assi intact. Guest access Palazzo d 'Assi is located in the historic center of Monforte d' Alba, right on the edge of the pedestrian zone. It is possible to park the car for loading and unloading in front of the building between Via della Torre and Via Boeri. If there is space, it is possible to park along the wall of Via della Torre without violating the parking restrictions. Alternatively, there is a large free parking lot on the corner of Via Ospedale and Via del Carretto, about 150 meters away. During your stay The "Giudice", "Forno" and "Pianista" suites offer a self check-in system for greater convenience. Keys are available in a lockbox next to the door, and the code to access it will be sent after online check-in. Other things to note As it is a two-level suite with an internal staircase, the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor. The spiral staircase to the second floor may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Alternatively, we recommend Piazza d'Assi or the Forno suite. To offer guests a completely immersive experience in the atmospheres of the past, we have chosen not to equip the suites of Palazzo d'Assi with a television. ATTENTION: the Wi-Fi is slow, both because a medieval building such as Palazzo d'Assi makes it difficult to transmit the signal, and because the coverage in Monforte d'Alba is not good.
