**Please read the entire listing before booking The Burrow is just the right size for a cozy romantic getaway or small family getaway. -2 mi to Dollywood -5 mi to The Island, PF -11 mi to DT Gatlinburg -King Bed and pull out couch -Fireplace (in service October-February) -Private Hot tub -Smart TVs (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ for your enjoyment) -Shared community pool The space 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabin. 1 king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room so the cabin will accommodate up to 4 people. The cabin sits within Hidden Springs Resort just minutes from Dollywood. The resort has a year round heated pool. A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper will be provided. Bring more with you for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need to whip up your meals (minus the food of course). You will find a Keurig but please bring your own. Guest access DRIVING TO THE CABIN. It is relatively flat driving into the resort but do drive with caution as this road is narrow. There is a small hill after the resort gate but it is well paved. Just be cautious of oncoming traffic and speed coming up and down the hill. PARKING. Please park parallel to the cabin. You can fit 2 sedans or 1 medium SUV/Truck and sedan. Do not park on grass and use your parking brake. Other things to note Cabin is located inside a resort community near Dollywood. We are not in a secluded remote location. Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. 4 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number. There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the community or in the street do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Absolutely NO fires. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages No smoking of any kind, $100 fine. Quiet time is 10:00pm - 8:00am. Fireplace is in service October - February By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the Rental Agreement. *Pictures will be updated soon!
