It has been recently renovated with all new appliances, furniture and amenities. The unit has two separate spaces for lounge/bedroom and kitchen/dining as well as a separate bathroom and outdoor entertaining including beach shower and fire pit for winter nights. Guest access The driveway is for the permanent upstairs resident so guest parking is on the lower grass area in front of the dwelling.
