Only 2 blocks from Bidwell Park and 5 blocks from downtown... a walker, biker or runners dream. The house has been recently transformed into a light and bright space with all the necessities to make a short or long stay comfortable. The space This 1300 sq ft home is on the main level and feels amazing with tall ceilings, fresh paint, original craftsman features, and an open concept completely equipped with a mini-split heating and air system throughout. The living area has a sectional, TV with Xfinity, fast WIFI, separate dining area, eat up bar, and a well stocked updated kitchen. There is a laundry room for guest access well. Our craftsman charmer has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have queen size beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a full-size bed and desk setup. The 2nd bathroom is complete with a shower and is accessible to the main living area. Enjoy mornings on the large rebuilt front porch or dinners out back on the large patio! There is plenty of space for all. Although this rental has the main floor and the full backyard, below there is an additional 3 bedroom, 1 bath basement level short term rental with a completely separate entrance and its own private side yard. Guest access Location! Location! Location! The home sits central to all things Chico. Biking or walking to some of the best restaurants, outdoor recreation and Chico State is a breeze as it's only 2 blocks to the Bidwell Park entrance and just 5 short blocks from Downtown Chico. Street parking is available. Other things to note This is not a party house and those reserving the home should take that into consideration. This neighborhood is peaceful and welcoming and we would love to keep it that way. No hosting gatherings or events here.
