Our family friendly home is located within walking distance of the S line train and is just 10 minutes from the airport. Park City and all local ski resorts are minutes away. Enjoy the greatest snow on earth and then come home to soak under the stars in your own hot tub. The space Our home is located in the historic Forest Dale neighborhood and is walking distance to Fairmont Park, the S-Line Train, grocery stores (Whole Foods), coffee shops, pubs, and many restaurants. It is also located conveniently close to the interstate making travel to and from the airport, ski resorts, etc. quick and efficient. The front and backyard are fully fenced in providing additional privacy. The hot tub is located on the patio in the backyard next to the house. We have many mature shade trees, tree swings, and an outdoor fireplace perfect for s'mores on a chilly night. Internet wifi is fiber which is reliable and enough to stream and work for all guests at once. We also use the cleanest and highest rated HVAC Filters (Honeywell 10s) so that the indoor air-quality is at it's best. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire home, patio, hot tub, and yard (excluding locked storage room downstairs in home and locked supply closet upstairs). We have plenty of parking on the west side of the house.
