You enter the 1-room apartment in the basement via a separate, step-free entrance. Free parking is available. The garden can be used to linger and relax. End an eventful day with a glass of wine by the fire pit. The space It is a bright 1-room apartment with a double bed (1.40 m), a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. The apartment is south-facing in the basement, is modernly decorated and flooded with light. The view overlooks the green garden. The apartment is optimized for 1-2 adults and can be equipped as a family room if necessary. A baby crib and/or another foldable mattress (190 x 70 cm), incl. Bed linen is available upon request. Guest access You can use a free car parking space in the spacious driveway. Here you will also find space for large vehicles up to 7.5 tons. Unlock the garden gate and come in.... You have a separate, step-free access to the basement apartment from the garden side. Driveway and garden are equipped with automatic lighting. Other things to note For your own well-being, we recommend bringing your own slippers. The whole apartment is tiled and does not have underfloor heating. We don't recommend booking if you're over 1.95 m as the ceilings are low.
