Welcome to Chancey's Place at Faith Acre Farms, a 30 acre horse farm in lovely East Tennessee. Close to everything Knoxville has to offer and yet far enough away to hear the quiet of nature. 15 minutes to Windrock Park with ample parking for a trailer. You will have this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment all to yourself. Full kitchen with open layout. Hosts are on site and can be available anytime to assist, give you a tour or just to answer questions. Guest access You will have the whole apartment with private access to yourself. However, the apartment is under the same roof as our main barn so, if inclement weather comes, the horses, pony and donkey may be in their stalls in the barn. They can be some mouthy characters so we ask you not try to pet or feed them. That being said, if you would like to interact with them you need only ask and we will assist. Other things to note PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING NOTES CAREFULLY: This airbnb has a 2 guest maximum. The barn has a water spigot and hose available if you need to hose down your ATV, bike, etc after going to Windrock Park. There is no direct trail access to Windrock Park, therefore, unless your ATV(s) are street legal, you will have to trailer them from the farm to the trailheads. The horses will most likely be in the fields while you are staying with us, however, if you would like a meet and greet you need only ask! *** All guidelines and rules below are in all caps for clarity and because guests have attempted them in the past and have been asked to leave. *** *** DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ATTEMPT TO INTERACT WITH ANY OF THE ANIMALS AT CHANCEY'S PLACE WITHOUT A HOST PRESENT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, PETTING AND/OR FEEDING THEM OVER THE FENCE OR WHILE THEY ARE IN THE STALLS; THROWING ITEMS AT THEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO GET THEIR ATTENTION; ENTERING THEIR STALLS WHILE THEY ARE PRESENTLY IN THEM OR NOT; CLIMBING ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE STALL DOORS; ANY OTHER INTERACTION THAT IS PERCEIVED TO BE DANGEROUS TO EITHER THE GUEST OR THE ANIMAL(S) WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING ASKED TO LEAVE AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. *** *** IN THE EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE HORSES WILL NEED PUT UP IN THE BARN, AS SUCH, PLEASE DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE OR ATV IN THE BARN *** *** PLEASE BOOK FOR THE NUMBER OF GUESTS THAT WILL BE IN YOUR PARTY.
