The price listed is for up to 2 people. There is an additional cost of $20 per night, should there be 3 or 4 guests. Access to shared spaces. Great Location! 20 min to DT Austin, ACL, F1, SXSW. 15 min to San Marcos where you can float the river. 15 min to McKinney Falls State Park to swim. Tree filled 3/4 acre yard w outdoor seating. Beautifully remodeled home on 3/4 acre with trees. My home has is located in a quiet neighborhood close to so many things to do. Single story home, wood floors, huge back yard, lovely custom bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, Roku TV with many streaming channels, french doors to the back, plenty of outdoor seating and tables. Fire pit too! 2 minutes to I-35. 15-20 minutes to Downtown Austin. 15-20 minutes to Formula 1/Austin 360. 15 Minute drive to San Marcos or Driftwood as well. Front bedroom has a queen pillow top comfy bed. Tastefully decorated. Back bedroom has a super comfy double bed and large windows facing the back yard. Your private bathroom is located in between the bedrooms. Linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are also on hand for your use as well as all the other usual amenities you would normally have in a hotel. When you stay here, I want you to feel at home. You have a private room and a private bath along with access to pretty much the whole house: main area, couch, tv, movies, books, music, kitchen, back yard, outdoor tables, fire pit, smoker and grill ... The master bedroom is located on the other side of the home apart from the guest rooms so you will have plenty of privacy as well. I am happy to meet and greet, offer suggestions. I am in and out a lot and work from home half time. I am a very friendly person and will do my best to make your stay special. Downtown Buda is very quaint and charming and was recently awarded the honor of being a historic Texas Downtown. There are several very good restaurants, cute shops, the famous Summer Moon coffee shop, funky and swanky watering holes, and plenty more. Stagecoach Park, 51 acres of trails, live oak trees, and nature is only 5 minutes away. 20 minutes in any direction takes you to anything you could want from swimming to nightlife. Downtown Austin is just 15 miles north. The famous Salt Like Barbecue and many wineries are also only 20 minutes away and the drive is beautiful. McKinney Falls State Park is one of my FAVORITE places to swim, also 15-20 min away. I have an oversized driveway that can accommodate several cars. If you don't have a car, Uber and Lyft are available to take you wherever you need to be. I have 2 small dogs that are extremely well behaved and do not bark. They will not be in your space. They are super friendly and love attention.
