Huge backyard and park. Enjoy sitting on the deck and allowing your kids to play for hours in the yard. Room with queen bed in it (ocean wall room) The house has air conditioning which is crucial in the summer. The garage and utility room is off limits. Otherwise you have full access to the house. The kitchen has plenty of space in the pantry to store food and is stocked with soda stream, keurig machine, kettle and all the pots, pans glass wear and plates you would require. We also provide the simple amenities like Tupperware and spices. Our backyard is approximately a quarter acre.
