Seaside Beach Villa - Studio Apartment on the sand

Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet oceanfront stylish studio on the Long Beach peninsula. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Walk on the sand and collect shells, take a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk, or to the pier, paddleboard or kayak in the bay, share a romantic gondola. Close to LAX, John Wayne and Long Beach airports, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and more. Or just sit on the patio to relax and watch the kiteboarders and gorgeous sunsets, maybe you'll see a green flash. The space Our beach villa is a large spacious studio that will accommodate 2 adults (and 2 children) a very comfortable queen bed, plus a daybed that doubles as a couch or two twins). The bathroom has a bathtub/shower. The Kitchen is fully stocked with a full stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Fast internet (500 mps) and a large screen TV 70” (programming via your internet apps). ***(A separate master bedroom and bathroom can be added to the reservations for $175 a night, plus $90 cleaning, ask for more details if you desire the extra space) . Oceanfront patio with Adirondack chairs, table, & BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys are provided. Guest access Electronic keypad entry to a private entrance. Other things to note The property is completely Non-Smoking (cigarette, vape, pot) both inside the apartment and on the porch. Smoking on the premises will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street or away from the property. No pets are allowed on the premises. There is a $250 fine if you have an animal on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged. No gatherings or parties are allowed and no loud noises or music; Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The villa is an attached separate apartment within a 3-story triplex home. Access is through an outside electronic keypad entry to a separate apartment residence. There are four additional doors inside the unit: 1) locked closet, 2) heater access, 3) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a refrigerator) 4) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a clothes rack). The Host lives on the premises in another unit in the triplex and is available to help or answer questions at any time. Registration Details PRP22-00527
