Fully furnished and equipped, beautiful old (but renovated) apartment, very centrally located, next to the main train station of Geneva (Cornavin). Of course, feel free to make use of the entire apartment, but please be respectful of the place and everything in it :) - Relative to most other areas of Geneva, there is less of a strict expectation of silence in this area, as it's very centrally located in a lively area. Of course, this doesn't mean you can throw a huge party and trash the place, but occasionally playing some music is possible without the police knocking on the door :) - However, this also means that it's less quiet at night than in some other areas; some cars can be heard, etc. Compared to other major cities in Europe, it's still pretty mild, but if you're a very light sleeper, this may not be the best place for you.
