Other things to note You must send photos of the identification documents of all persons included in the reservation to have access to the authorized apartment. No smoking in the apartment. Observe quiet hours. It is not allowed to receive visitors. Do not use glass or porcelain objects in the pool. Disconnect air conditioners whenever you leave the apartment. In case of loss of the apartment access card, a replacement fee of R$100.00 will be charged. Do not use towels and sheets to clean makeup or body eyes. If any item is lost, stained or damaged in any way, we will charge the cost of its replacement.
