Small cottage with 150'+ of waterfront just steps from McGrath pond. Very clean, quiet lake, sunset views, fire pit, small fenced area for pets, enclosed porch, gas fireplace. Loons, eagles, ospreys and great blue herons right outside your door. ** Please be conservative with water usage. If this is an issue, please don’t book. ** The space Although a small family should find everything they need here, it is not a big space and not equipped to handle parties or large gatherings. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire house, yard and 150' of waterfront. Other things to note This is a typical Maine camp and we ask our guests to be very conservative with water usage, in order to not tax the system! Please don't leave faucets running unnecessarily. Please only run the dishwasher when it is full. The water is pumped in from the lake so please DO NOT drink it.
