This can sleep 4 people - 1 king bed and a pull out couch and a portable crib and a cot that is in the apartment. The space VERY PRIVATE ONE BEDROOM GUEST HOUSE ON A HILLTOP WITH EPIC VIEWS. Located in the mountains, a 2 minute drive from town, 1 hour from Lake Placid and two hours from Albany. STAY HERE In a rural uncrowded mountain town without a neighbor in sight! The guest house is located on the same 50 acre hilltop estate as the Main House Suite (which is also available, please see my other listings). Winding up a long private drive from the main road you will arrive at a hilltop sanctuary with beautiful views. This is a perfect retreat offering quiet and contemplative solitude to nourish your spirit and body. The Guest House itself is accessed by an extension of the main driveway. It is located on the second floor, up a flight of stairs with a deck. It is not handicap accessible. This will take 4 adults and 1 child and infant with a portable crib/ Please make sure you NOTICE: 1 king bed, 1 cot, 1 pull out couch, 1 porta crib. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: No Pets. I know you all love your animal and can't go anywhere without them.  However, many guests are allergic. So with that in mind, if you want to check with Adila ska Kennel they are great if you want to pick them up during the day and drop back off to the kennel in the Long Lake area they are great with pets or please leave your animals at home with a friend. Guest access You have your very own private entrance along with a beautiful view of the mountains along that side is a pristine yard of a pine trees and wildflowers berries and it is so relaxing with the smell of pine in the air. We do have the white tail deer and bears and bunnies, coyotes and hummingbirds and blue birds Other things to note Welcome to the Heart of the Adirondacks! You are certainly to enjoy your visit here in the park with us and beautiful memories to have for ever. Also another additional " Suite" that is also located on the same address to accomadate another family of up to 8 people. Please ask if your interested about another rental.
