Cedar lodge is a modern Cedar log cabin/luxury spa lodge with private undercover hot tub & private indoor sauna in a beautiful Holiday Lodge Park of 12 lodges on a 7 acre site. Bordered by open fields & private woodland it is the perfect place to relax, unwind or simply get away from it all. Ideally located in the beautiful, tranquil & peaceful setting in the heart of the Shropshire countryside between the historic market towns of Bewdley & Bridgnorth. Sorry if it’s early for some, as we have to do it around this time each year due to commitments. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. We do special offers for longer stays of 3 nights or more. We have one large king size bedroom with a Smart TV in the bed. Bed is so comfortable and all bed linen is 100% cotton 300 thread count high quality (Dorma bedding). We provide the softest luxurious extra large bath sheets and hand towels with 700gsm. We also provide separate towels for the hot tub so you will have plenty of towels during your stay. We have a beautiful large bath with a waterproof TV which is pure luxury. We have a very rare to find infrared sauna with colour changing LED lights it’s the relaxing spa experience all to yourselves. The hot tub is undercover which is also very rare with a clear roof. You can enjoy it no matter what the weather. We have decorated it in a loft style log cabin, ski lodge, luxury lodge style. It’s a very warm lodge. We have a brand new Smart TV and you can sign in to your own Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV or Now TV accounts as all the apps are already downloaded. We also have lots of DVDs and a Blu Ray player. WiFi is fibre broadband which is high speed. Kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook a large meal if you wanted to 👨‍🍳 Lots of wine glasses 🍷too. Central heating warms up very quickly. The hot tub is checked and maintained every day. It’s set to 38 degrees. Please don’t leave hot tub unattended with pets nearby and always put lid down when not in use. We provide tea bags and lots of specialty coffees such as cappuccino, latte, flat white and hot chocolate for the Tassimo machine. Please note we don’t provide coffee jars. If you prefer coffee without milk you can use the latte or cappuccino coffee pod which is plain expresso usually, and then leave the creamer pod spare. Please bring your own milk for tea as we don’t provide fresh milk, sorry. If your wifi goes down wait for it to come back as it is the same wifi for the whole site. There is no router in the house so don’t try and reset anything. The plug is just an extension it’s not a router. If it doesn’t come back within 30 minutes let me know and I will get site owner to check with BT WiFi. We hope you love our lodge as much as we do and we welcome any suggestions to make it even better! Guest access Please keep dogs off the beds and sofas and please don’t leave them alone in the lodge. We love dogs and this is only to keep it clean and tidy for the benefit of all the guests. Please contact us if you want to bring more than one well behaved dog. Please bring his/her own dog bed. Dogs are no extra charge. Other things to note Please turn off the outside security lights (internal switches near each door for security lights) before bed. The lights are usually left on all day which is not good for the environment/energy efficiency. As stated we don’t provide toiletries so please bring your own. We have had people allergic to even the most sensitive products so we cannot risk providing toiletries. The hot tub will be checked daily as this is a health and safety law. The hot tub specialists are very professional but please note they won’t knock on the door. They will try not to disturb you so they will just pop onto the decking to check it. If you aren’t happy with having a hot tub check then please do not book as we cannot break health and safety rules so sorry. If you close the bedroom curtains the hot tub is not visible and the bedroom is not visible from the hot tub either so you will have complete privacy. If you have any specific requests please let me know and I will always try to accommodate. Unfortunately BBQ’s aren’t allowed on site due to the fire hazard. If you find a little gem please let us know and we will add to the guidebook Due to high demand we have just started doing a celebration package for £35 extra which the cleaners do for us. They charge us for it as we are too far away to do it ourselves, we don’t live nearby. The celebration package includes quality Prosecco, flutes, balloons and a banners. If it’s a big birthday it includes the large balloons too 21, 30, 40, etc etc . The package is beautiful the cleaner does a great job. Please let us know if it’s for a birthday, honeymoon, just married, or anniversary. Anniversaries also include the big number balloons 1, 5, 10 whatever you chose. They use neutral colours such as white, black, gold and silver. For Valentine’s Day they use red balloons etc. If the colour needs to be specific please let us know. We need at least a week’s notice to inform the cleaners. At Billingsley Park Lodges we have provided a dual point pay­as­you­go smart charging facility to provide a much­needed convenience and service to our guests. Our charging point is supported by and is compatible with all modern electric cars. Further details and information are available at the charging point. The charge point is for the exclusive use of park guests. The connection is Tethered, type 2, with maximum power output of 7.2kWh. It will be active if you can see a circular blue light displayed on the unit. The rates charged will always be highly competitive. 1. Connect your EV & Scan the QR code on the charging point 2. Enter your payment card in the VoltShare app on Android or iPhone 3. Start charging 4. Unplug your EV to end the charging session. : PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE PLUG SOCKETS DIRECTLY FROM THE LODGES AS THE ELECTRICAL SUPPLY WILL BE SURGE PROTECTED. THIS MAY RESULT IN DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE (for which we take no responsibility) THE SUPPLY TO CHARGE YOUR VEHICLE IS INCLUDED AS PART OF THE NORMAL LODGE RENTAL COST. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE CHARGING THIS WAY YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK AS A BREACH OF CONDITIONS OF YOUR STAY.
