Decorated by a designer with beautiful attention to detail. The apartment has a walk score of 99! It is a short walk (5min) from the 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R, W, F, and M trains. The space The apartment has all the details needed for comfort and enjoyment in a NYC apartment. For example, it has basic comforts such as unlimited hot water and high speed internet + cable, as well as thought-out details like an iron for your traveled clothes and luxury decor. This beautiful home has massive skylights, letting in tremendous amounts of light. It also has two large windows. Designer bedding covers the new full-size pillowtop bed. The kitchen was renovated with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher recently. A Nesspresso machine is available. There is also a Marshall stereo system where you can plug in your phone and play through Bluetooth. The white-marbled bathroom also comes with its own large skylight, and clean towels will be provided. Plenty of ambient lighting is installed too, for those who appreciate a more sophisticated atmosphere at night. There is a desk and a table for working and eating. Although it's in a walk-up building (no elevator), help carrying luggage upstairs upon check in and back down at check out is usually available upon request (ask in advance). The location: In the most expensive zip code in the country, you will be staying right off of the prestigious Madison Ave, in its prime blocks. Across the street is one of NYC's only restaurants to consistently receive 2 or 3 Michelin stars. One short block away is Central Park, the subway is a three minute walk, and Barney's is less than four blocks away. Steps away from cafes, delis, restaurants and prime shopping - anything you could dream of having in Manhattan is in your lap! Please note that the Airbnb map with an approximate location shows the apartment as farther away from Central Park and farther uptown than it is. The location is even better - in the mid 60s just off Madison Avenue. For New York, my block is also much quieter than most locations. Your host is local as well, so any additional requests that you may have before or during your stay will be honored in a timely manner. The intent is for your stay to be an experience, not just lodging. Other things to note I can often accommodate early check-in and late check-out, but please check with me in advance.
