The space The apartment, recently renovated in March 2022, is located on the second floor of our house and offers an independent entrance, guaranteeing maximum freedom of movement thanks to the keys available. The property includes three rooms: Orta, Mergozzo and Maggiore, which can accommodate up to 7 people. The Maggiore and Mergozzo rooms are equipped with a double bed, with the Maggiore also including a sofa bed, ideal for families or couples of friends. The sleeping area is separated from the rest of the apartment to ensure privacy. Guests have access to a well-equipped breakfast room with a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, centrifuge, fridge/freezer, table with chairs, dishes, tea, coffee, and herbal teas. Breakfast can be eaten either in the room or in the common room. A convenient parking space is located in front of the entrance. We pay particular attention to cleaning, adopting advanced sanitation measures in line with WHO guidelines, using authorized products. You will find details of the procedures applied in the facility. We will welcome you in compliance with social distancing and the use of masks, putting our hearts into making your vacation safe and unforgettable. Guest access Just 4 km from the Gravellona Toce exit of the Lakes Highway, our B&B is in a strategic position to reach lakes Maggiore, Orta and Mergozzo in less than ten minutes by car. In half an hour by car you can reach Domodossola and from there the Formazza, Vigezzo, and Antigorio valleys. For sports enthusiasts, we offer the possibility of storing equipment and bicycles, with covered space also for motorcycles. Convenient parking is available in front of the entrance. In addition, we offer the possibility of renting bikes and E-bikes through an affiliated store with home delivery service. During your stay I give my guests space, but I am available when they need me. I will be happy to help you with advice and material to plan your trips, both to tourist destinations and to the most unusual and local ones, such as the nearby and fascinating ValStrona. You can explore the Borromean Islands, take trips on the lakes with scheduled sailing and cruises, visit Orta San Giulio, the Ossola Valleys, the Vigezzina by panoramic train, the Sacri Monti, Villa Taranto, and the Toce Waterfall. In case of rainy days, there are many activities to do, such as shopping at the Alessi store less than a km away, visiting shops and workshops of typical products, or relaxing in a spa in the area. Museums, restaurants, pizzerias, and typical clubs offer unique culinary experiences, such as a local snack. Numerous walks start directly from the property, allowing you to explore the magnificent area from the lakes to the mountains, especially with an e-bike. To move around freely, the bicycle is ideal, and we provide two mountain bikes for guests free of charge. In addition, you can rent e-bikes through an affiliated store in the area with home delivery and pick-up. We have a garage for storing motorcycles and sports equipment. Other things to note For breakfast, we pay particular attention to the origin of the products, preferring organic flour, eggs from free-range hens, local honey, and locally sourced meats and cheeses. The house has a canopy and garage suitable for the shelter of motorcycles and bicycles.
