You will have at your disposal 1 living room under veranda + 1 fully equipped kitchen + 1 bathroom + 1 fan in summer. A small shared courtyard is accessible. Good relationship with the neighbors. The loft has been refurbished with an artistic touch, so friendly and respectful people are desired! Guest access The loft is located 2 minutes from the Père Lachaise Cemetery. The street is very quiet but nevertheless the neighborhood is very nice: close to the parks of Belleville and Buttes Chaumont, Place de la République. Lively neighborhood with many squares with terraces and restaurants. Also very well served by public transport. Other things to note Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.
