Cleveland Park is a bright 2 bedroom ground floor apartment just two blocks away from the heart of the city the much loved walking mall. It is an older building but has a charm that will delight you —Its crazy convenient to be within walking distance to downtowns local shops, live music, art studios, delicious restaurants and much more. The space Ground floor a few steps up to get in and then all one level. Two bedrooms (Q /F) and full sized sofa futon in LR. Dining Table with 4 chairs. ( additional seating available) Fully stocked kitchen. Full Bath with Tub/Shower, Tall ceilings and lots of light ! You will love it! Guest access Parking is designated in spot #12 in the parking lot for the building and there is also additional free parking on the street. Other things to note Please keep in mind that you are near other apts and so be sure to be considerate of quiet hours of 10pm to 7 am. You also may hear the train go by occasionally… :) PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/4th of July/ Memorial and Labor Day holidays will include an additional $100 fee. This fee will be requested thru an alteration request prior to your arrival and is in addition to initial reservation cost. We add this fee rather than altering our holiday costs. Pet Policy Pet Cleaning $65 fee (two max) Payment of fee acknowledges/agrees to follow our PET POLICY: Pets NOT to be left in the apartment/house at any time alone unless crated/content. We care about our guests and can’t have them disturbed by a pet missing you or repetitive barking. We lease the property with the right to sublet and DO NOT OWN the property so we need to be careful that properties and furnishings are not damaged. Please do not allow your pet on the furniture or beds because removing pet hair from linens and furnishings for the next guests can be very time consuming) Be sure to clean up after your pet.
