The well appointed kitchen area includes fridge/freezer, range style oven, washing machine and dish washer. The traditional bathroom featuring roll top bath is in addition to the en-suite facilities to both bedroom's. The open plan layout of the kitchen and spacious dining and living areas gives an airy open feel whilst at the same time the wood burner encourages a snug, warm atmosphere. There are TVs with DVD players in both the lounge and bedroom's, bedroom one includes king size bed and en- suite with shower and the second bedroom has a king size bed and a wet room en-suite including grab rails. There’s a generous enclosed garden with dog proof fencing and patio area with table and chairs. Additionally there is a covered BBQ area, ample parking and uniquely a decking area set in the middle of one of the ponds where one can soak up the rays or watch the sunset with a gin and tonic to hand.
