The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and two twin beds. It has a 32” tv. Also with a balcony. Fully stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. Spices and complimentary coffee provided. The open floor living/dinning room have stunning views of the ocean. Brand new mini split a/c units through the apartment. Ceiling fan in living room and both bedrooms. Guest access Parking is gated and free of charge. Gate opener will be provided. You have access to entire apartment, the pool, secluded small beach cove for our guests, and our locals favorite beach, Kikita’s. Other things to note All the art displayed by local artist, Marilyn Oquendo is for sale. Please inquire if interested on any of her pieces. Phone lines in Puerto Rico can be spotty due to construction being mostly concrete. For best connectivity use what’s app. Electricity and water: Puerto Rico is serviced by LUMA and AAA. Power and water outages may occur at any time. We can not guarantee electricity or water in the event of an outage or interruption. We will not reimburse or refund any monies to the guests in the event of any of the above circumstances. We have a 150 gallon water cistern. We will turn on for our guests in case of water outage. We provide lanterns during power outages. Weather: We will not refund guests for any weather related issues. We recommend for guests to purchase travel insurance. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Violators are subject to $500 fine, in addition to applicable cleaning charges. No parties, no events, no guests allowed. Assign parking # 202.
