LIVING ROOM On the ground floor, across the corridor is the spacious and bright living room, animated by lovely paintings on the walls and stylish pieces of furniture. A large corner sofa and a glass coffee table are set on the left hand side of the room, facing the flat screen TV. On the other side of the room is a lovely study and reading area, featuring a small desk and a chair as well as a small sofa by the window. KITCHEN Down a few steps from the entrance level you’ll find the sleek and bright kitchen, fitted with white cabinets and a dining table for 6 people with views of the garden. The kitchen features all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay such as fridge, freezer, hobs, ovens, toaster and dishwasher. FIRST BEDROOM This room is located in the lower ground floor and features a double bed, a vanity desk, wardrobes and bookshelves. This can also be arranged as two single beds, if preferred. FIRST BATHROOM This bathroom is located on the lower ground floor and features a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin. The combined washing machine and dryer is also located here. SECOND BEDROOM Located on the first floor, this room features two single beds- which can be moved together to create a King-size bed. There is also a desk by the large windows, a fireplace and another larger desk. The windows look over the street. SECOND BATHROOM On the first floor is a bathroom fitted with a single wash basin, a WC and a bath tub. MASTER SUITE The master suite is fitted with a king sized bed and bedside cabinets, a chest of drawers and a fireplace. The room also features a fitted wardrobe and vanity desk as well as an en-suite bathroom featuring 2 wash basins, a WC and a walk-in shower. GARDEN The charming private garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s back doors and features a table and chairs, perfect for dining al fresco. The garden is carefully decorated with plants and flowers. Please note, this home is set over 4 floors and there is no lift in the property. The first bathroom (photographed) has been upgraded to include a separate WC and shower room, along with a fully equipped kitchenette - ideal for guests or simply a midnight snack! Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old. Veeve reserves the right to refuse a booking if it thinks the property may be used for a party. Please be aware, once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement, as well as ID verification via our partners Superhog. This is mandatory for all of our stays.
