The Studio at Avenue B

Cozy and quiet casita with great central location, perfectly sized for one but can accommodate two if you like to be cozy! Enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the private back deck. The space The Studio is surrounded by pecan trees, making the yard an oasis even in the hottest months of the year. It has a private back deck and a powerful A/C unit to keep you cool! Guest access The Studio is a separate building with independent entry, so you will have access to the entire space. We invite you to enjoy the entire yard as well! Other things to note Please note the Studio has a "loft" sleeping area; the bed is queen-sized and VERY comfy -- however, some guests over six feet tall have told us they felt the space was too small for comfort. It's not unlike the space in a tent, so if you're not happy sleeping in a tent, you may not enjoy the loft. ALSO please note the loft sleeping area requires a climb up a ladder; some guests have suggested we should include a note that the loft is best suited for those with no physical limitations, and also that it is not convenient for those who get up several times a night (for whatever reason(s)). The queen-sized convertible sofa offers an alternative to the loft for those who prefer not to climb a ladder to go to bed. We love sleeping in the loft, but we share this guest feedback with others to consider in deciding whether they will be comfortable at the Studio.
