This versatile 2 bedroom house, a 3rd bedroom is negotiable, is comfy and eclectic in style. It is walking distance to dorchester train stations and moments walk into the centres of dorchester with its many shops and eateries. Set on Salisbury Fields park, all the rooms in this sunny terraced cottage have charming views and direct access on to the park where children can enjoy the playground. You will be well placed to walk out of town to Hardy’s woods and a short drive to the Jurassic coast. The space This house is a Victorian family home. It’s comfortable and lived in. Recently decorated and newly floored throughout it is clean and functional. We (me and my 2 children) live here and welcome you to use our home in our absence. We leave all our belongings in situ. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and the beds are comfortable with white company bed linen. There is a front and rear garden for enjoying the summer evenings. Guest access The house is walking distance from both dorchester train stations, less than a 10 min walk. Centrally located, Waitrose is moments away. There is no parking with the property although street parking nearby is easily available. Foot access down a small path is necessary to get to the property. Sadly no disabled access.
