My husband remodeled the home a couple of years ago for our granddaughter but she has since moved to CA for school. Our house is a place that feels like a home. We put effort into every aspect of the casita for each stay, from upkeep of the yard to even the way the towels are folded. I look forward to hopefully hosting you and ensuring you have the best possible stay! The space Some of my husband’s most major remodeling projects included: a private driveway, extended laundry room, a small backyard patio, privacy fence, new floors and tile, marble countertops and mini-split installation. Of course, the house is fully furnished but the following are what is provided beyond the basics. Features/amenities: Washer and dryer Minisplit with AC and heating Private driveway Privacy fence Backyard and patio Completely stocked kitchen (microwave, stove, fridge, Keurig, toaster, blender, etc.) Roku TV Spectrum Internet Ultra Porch and driveway security cameras Blackout shades Extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and paper towels/plates for your use Location: The casita is about 2 miles from Southtown, 3 miles from King William, and 3.5 miles from the heart of downtown. 0.5 miles away is the stunning and peaceful Elmendorf Lake Park. It is directly next to OLLU, runs along the river and is a hidden gem in San Antonio. This casita truly is close to the core of the city and some of the best foods/restaurants you can find. Feel free to ask for my recommendations 😉 I also take responsibility for all the cleaning and preparation of the property to ensure everything is absolutely spotless and in tip top shape for you. Guest access The entire property is entirely and only yours during the stay! The house, yard and parking are all fully secured and gated with security cameras, keypads and locks for your liking. As a host, it is my responsibility to ensure your satisfaction and more. If there are ever any issues that come up, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately! Other things to note We are pet friendly, however do not allow more than 2 during your stay. Pets must be house trained, and we kindly ask that you pick up after them. Please note that you will be financially responsible if anything in the house is damaged, excessively uncleanly or rules were not followed (see host rules for more information).
