The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms: King, Queen, Queen, Queen. The Master King suite features expansive views of Thunder Mountain and Coffee Pot Rock. The attached ensuite bath includes a soaker tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The two queen guest suites share a full bath with a shower tub combo. Downstairs separate unit has a queen bed, kitchenette, full bathroom, and living area with a dining spot. The backyard has a hot tub to relax after a day of hiking. -- The kitchen is spacious and stocked with an attached dining area and views! The kitchen leads to the outdoor patio area that features incredible views, a lounging, and a dining area with a BBQ grill. The indoor living space boasts ample comfortable seating, views, games, and a television. --- Laundry room with washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies. Iron and ironing board available. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except the garage, via keypad code, from 4 pm on the date of check-in, until 10 am on the date of check-out. Other things to note House Rules: Check-in is at 4 p.m. Check-out is at 10 a.m. No exceptions. No Pets! Pack N Play and Highchair are located in the closet. We do not accept mail at this address. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out. Service Animals: Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Please pick up after your service animals and deposit waste in an outside trash can. Thank you for respecting our home.
