Pretty house in a quiet and comfortable setting

Our guest house «Les 7 tilleuls» was created in an entirely renovated 18th century property, once owned by a family of winemakers. Our cottage has been arranged to bring well-being and comfort in a house full of character. The kitchen is equipped with excellent facilities. Well protected from the sight by the shrubs, the 2 terraces allow to relax or dine outdoors surrounded by a landscaped garden . Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The space The house of 90 m2 is arranged on 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a large open kitchen, a dining table for 6 to 7 people; the living room is arranged on a stage in oak parquet and has an additional bed; a smart TV is available. This large room has 3 windows and a French door opening onto the terrace facing east. The adjoining double room also has access to a small south-facing terrace for your sunbathing. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The mezzanine is furnished with a convertible bed for 2 people and an office space. On the same floor, there is another bedroom with 2x 90cm beds, which can be converted into a king size bed, this room is contiguous to the mezzanine. Each room has clothes storage and a luggage rack. Switches come and go and bedside or table lamps contribute to your comfort. The ground floor is tiled, except for the lounge, the mezzanine has a wooden floor; blackout curtains and shutters add to your comfort. The heating is electric and is subject to supplement if cold weather. Guest access During your stay, you have a private access to the terrace adjoining the dining room and the south terrace as well as the south garden. You will not be disturbed except by birds! The rest of the property is private or reserved for guest rooms As a reminder, all the surroundings of the property are non-smoking and pets are not accepted. We have organized a waste sorting area that will be indicated to you on site. Bicycles can be stored in a specific area on request. Other things to note Please note that the door of the bedroom adjoining the mezzanine is shortened, the fault of this huge beam which by its age deserves to be seen, so you have to lower your head! Each room allows lighting to be turned on or off at the headboard and entrance, in addition to bedside lamps. In summer, it is recommended to use shutters and curtains to keep the cool, the thick old walls are fantastic in these circumstances! As far as places are available, you can park your vehicle on our grounds and in the indicated area, making sure that it does not block access and does not encroach on the plant beds.
