The entire second floor of Villa Noseda, offering a poetic view of Lake Como, is exclusively reserved for you. Bright and tranquil, it provides the perfect retreat on the lake’s shores. As our only guests, enjoy access to the garden, private sundeck, boat dock, and private parking. Ideal for a couple or family, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Your hosts, living on the lower floor, ensure your privacy while being available for any requests. Please read description below. The space Exclusive Suite in Villa Noseda Enjoy the entire second floor of this elegant lakefront villa: Two interconnected bedrooms: One with a double bed, the other with two single beds (convertible into a double if needed). One bathroom with a toilet, bidet, and sink. A separate shower/bathtub area with an additional sink. 🔹 To access the second bedroom, you must pass through the main bedroom. The toilet is shared between the two rooms, and the shower is located in the main bedroom. 🔹 The dining room is exclusively for guests during breakfast, while the living room is a shared space. 🔹 Please note: The kitchen is not available for guest use. 🔹 Private boat dock, lakeside jacuzzi, and exclusive amenities to elevate your stay. Guest access Arriving by car you will have at your disposal a private parking which is located next to the entrance to the house. You can arrive by boat and dock on our private pier. You can arrive with a poetic ferry, the public dock is 200 meters away or by bus, the stop is 20 meters away. During your stay We are always available to make your stay a better one. Other things to note We are available to organize unique experiences: sports, food and wine, tourism and games. We have two boats with which we can organize personalized tours.
