Accomodates one person but a second one can stay paying extra charge The space This completely independent shared room in a three bedroom flat is located on third floor of our family house with a person available to help you any time during day and late evenings.The flat was a show flat created for a five star hotel to exhibit the interiors with total fixtures and fittings from Italy,hence a unique interiors to experience.We rent the other two more bedrooms in this apartment depending on availibility, suitable for families and large groups.When renting the individual rooms one has access to common areas lobby with large dining table and a large lounge Guest access Independent room in a three bedroom flat on the third floor of our building with a lift.The common area is the lobby with a large dining table, spacious kitchen with lavish lounge. During your stay I am available most of the time and at complete disposal for the client for any help,information etc etc.When In addition there is always someone to help 24/7 and during day time a friend of mine,Rekha with a helper helps me since we have a bed & breakfast listing with Airbnb on the floor below. Other things to note No noise after 11pm since it is our family home and the house is located in a quiet residential area with no pass through traffic since the road is closed at one end.The entire flat is soundproof due to double glazing fitted recently.All the fixtures and fittings are new and the flat is totally designed and furnished in Italian style. We do provide meals and breakfast but at a nominal additional charge. If other two rooms are available one can rent for a family gathering or a corporate party maximum 6 guests allowed but additional guests can be accommodated at extra charge.
