The interior features classic Santa Fe style wood beam Viga ceilings, kiva fireplace stocked with wood, skylights, a full kitchen living area, private bedroom, soaking tub, modern appliances, washer & dryer, swamp cooler, WIFI, flat-screen TV, a lovely enclosed courtyard with mature trees and BBQ. Dogs are welcome. The space This 1930-era authentic adobe casita has handcrafted wood beam viga ceilings and skylights throughout the home. It’s cozy and welcoming with lots of New Mexico charm. The private home has parking for two vehicles with a fully enclosed courtyard patio for outdoor dining and BBQ. It has an open living room with newly redone kiva fireplace for roaring fires in the winter months-fire wood provided, den and fully equipped kitchen, evaporative air cooler, WiFi, flat screen TV with Roku, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, and blue tooth speaker. There is one bedroom with a queen bed. An open sitting room off of the kitchen/living room area offers an additional sleeping area with a daybed that can be set up as a single twin, two twins or combined into a queen. The neighborhood is safe and welcoming. Leave the doors open in the summer for a refreshing breeze and you can hear the music wafting through the air from the nearby Rail-Yard Area outdoor concerts. Avoid difficult parking downtown and leave your car parked here, and walk to all of the attractions. Well behaved dogs are welcomed for a $75 fee. All of the products we provide, from Shampoo & Conditioner to Dish Soap, are from local Soap Supply Store in an effort to cut down on plastics use and are eco friendly!
