Luxury loft space in prestigious area of Bristol

Beautiful, light, luxury loft with French doors overlooking south facing gardens. The space is in immaculate condition. Much brighter than in the pictures! King size, quality John Lewis 100% cotton mattress with 100% cotton bedding and feather and down duvet. Small double sofa bed to suit one adult, or 2 children. Ideal for families, couples, singles weekend breaks but singles need to consider the quiet, residential area! Please book 3 guests if you want to use sofa bed. Extra fee £47. The space Semi detached 1930s house with front and rear garden. Parking available in a wide street. Bright, sunny house where guests can drink a glass of Prosecco or have a coffee in the garden n the summer. Please note the room price is for 2 guests. For a 3rd guest the sofa bed will be made up for an additional fee. Please indicate in your reservation if it is for 3. Guest access Henleaze is a prestigious area of Bristol and the Henleaze High Street is 5 mins walk from the house where you will find cafes, supermarkets and two super pubs which serve great food. 15 mins walk away is a library, local cinema and an Indian restaurant. Within a 5 minute walk is a children's park. Within a 15 min walk is Clifton Downs - a fabulous open green space in Clifton. There is a local bus route into Bristol City Centre or it's a 15 minute car drive away. The well known surfing park The Wave is easily accessible too! If guests want to eat locally, they are advised to book prior to their trip as many places get booked up quickly eg Westbury Park Pub and Kitchen, Prego, Eastfield Inn and Salkaara. The same applies if you want to eat in the Centre of Bristol, Habourside or Clifton. During your stay I am usually around if you need anything. Other things to note The house kitchen is not available but there are coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Please eat downstairs in the dining room or garden if you get takeaway food. As the carpets are pale coloured and new, guests are very kindly asked to remove shoes for upstairs wear only - slippers can be provided if required! The sofa bed will be made up only when there are three guests. Guests need to check in and view facilities before getting the keys. Please let me know your check in time. Luggage drop off possible. I have two toy poodles. They are hyperallergenic and cause no problems if you have allergies! The kitchen is unavailable. However cutlery and plates are provided for takeaway food which guests are requested to eat in the dining room or outside.
