The Summer House - Family & Pet friendly home

The summer house is the perfect place to set you and your family/friends up for a holiday on the peninsula. We stay in this home for most of the year so it is therefore well stocked with everything you could need for a relaxing trip away, as opposed to the bare essentials some other holiday homes tend to have. We are walking distance to cafes, parks and the beach walking trails. 3 beds, 3 baths, 3 lounge areas and a fantastic entertainment area will have you covered for a relaxing getaway. The space Located on a large block on a quiet street, this child and pet friendly home is the perfect base to spend your time exploring all the Mornington peninsula has to offer. We are also dog friendly! With a secure yard for your furry friends. A highlight of the home is the outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and outdoor lounges flowing into the rest of the house via stacker doors. The perfect set up for indoor/outdoor living. The house has a wrap around verandah (Queenslander style) with an outdoor dining table at the front of the house also where you can soak up the beautiful garden views. If you’d prefer to relax inside, there are 3 separate lounge areas. The TV lounge area, the open wood fire lounge area as well as a separate lounge/rumpus room downstairs. We have plenty of board games to keep you entertained and for those that need their Netflix fix, the house also has free wifi with a huge Smart TV and Bluetooth enabled BOSE soundbar. You don’t need to worry about carting around or hiring bed linen. The beds are made with premium linens with all bathroom towels supplied. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (the main with a large spa bath). The house is set up for both warm and cool weather. For the warmer days there is an aircon and ceiling fans throughout the house. For the cooler temperatures we have a central heating system as well as a Koonara wood fire and a spectacular open wood fire in the heart of the home. For guests with a Caravan or electric car, there is a dedicated parking spot, with access to electricity. We have a home office available for your use also with printer set up and hi speed wifi.
