Enjoy this comfy two bedroom home to yourself. The home has been recently renovated. It sits on a quarter acre of land (which we are landscaping) with a private fenced front yard and backyard. The home has great lighting and plenty of space to cook your favorite dishes. Upgraded stainless steel appliances as well as brand new washer and dryer. Located in an old but definitely safe neighborhood where you can enjoy family time or simply relax on your own. The space In the living room there is wifi and smart TV which has (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+,YouTube, LGTV etc.) I apologize there is no cable TV. Please, remove your shoes at the front door shoe rack. In the kitchen there are coffee pods available. Brand new stainless steal appliances, dishes, baking sheets, measuring cups, keurig and conventional oven. In the bathroom, there’s clean towels under the sink ready to use. Feel free to use any of the toiletries and blow dryer. There is no shampoo, conditioner or body wash available. The two bedrooms have two queen size memory foam mattresses, comfortable comforters and pillows. Plenty of closet space with hangers and one armoire. The back yard is very big! You are welcome to use it as your own. Please do not park in the backyard. I’m still in the process of landscaping.. Bear with me. :) * under amenities you will find that air conditioning is selected because that’s the only option Airbnb has provided. To make it clear, there is TWO air conditioning units; one in the living room and one in the main bedroom window. * In the spring & summer the sprinkler system comes on 6:30am, 12:30pm, 6:30pm and 9:00pm. *The home is ran off a well. The water pump is underneath the home. There will be noise once water is running inside the home. Or when pressure is building up. Don’t worry about it-the noise is completely normal :) * IF THE POWER EVER GOES OUT, DO NOT TURN ON THE WATER, IT WILL DRAIN THE WELL. Contact host if you ever experience power outage. *check out instructions are very simple- Before you leave, place dirty linen on the floor, leave the living room AC on, lock all the windows, back door and front door.
