Maison de Lucia is a our family vacation house which offers swimming pool facility and jacuzzi with options of lodging and party venue. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The space The space included in this listing is the entire 2nd floor area of the entire house with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, own kitchen and utensils, dinning area, and common room/sala. The pool area and the surrounding garden/backyard is free to roam at as well as the shower and CR area located in the back/pool area. However, the downstairs area of the house is not included in the listing. This is where the owner stays when she is here but most of the time she is in Manila. The 2nd floor access area is located outside so there is no need to come inside the 1st floor of the house. Guest access The 2nd floor access area is located outside so there is no need to come inside the 1st floor of the house. Other things to note The tub /jacuzzi can be used with the jets on but an additional fee of 1,500 pesos shall be paid on the property if you decide to turn on the temperature setting for hot tub at night.
