Any additional person will be charged 150 per person and will end your stay. We remind you that parties and noise in the accommodation and in the common areas are prohibited in order to respect the neighborhood (no loud music after 9:45 p.m.). Our accommodation is equipped with a Minut system to avoid any nuisance. Failure to comply will result in termination of your stay. Our guests appreciate the non-smoking aspect of our accommodation, which ensures maximum comfort and preserves their health as well as that of our housekeeping staff and our service providers. This is why any smell or trace of cigarettes or any type of narcotics will result in the collection of €200 from the security deposit. Don't forget to shower before using the jacuzzi. When using the hot tub, Don't hesitate to leave the windows ajar to avoid maximum humidity. Do not use products in the Jacuzzi (soaps, shampoo, essential oils, etc.), which degrade the Jacuzzi circuits that are carefully maintained with specific products. In case of traces of this type of products in the Jacuzzi, our maintenance department is forced to drain it completely and inject products products. This service is charged to us €200 and will be deducted from the security deposit if applicable. No intercourse in the Jacuzzi please. Cleaning traces of intercourse or any trace of product will be charged €150. A departure delay of 10 min is tolerated, beyond that it will be charged €30, and beyond 30 min €50 per hour started.
