You will be just moments from the waterfront and fully stocked for fun with bikes, chairs, beach towels, a cooler, a cart, and even cornhole for a little friendly competition. After a day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower then settle into simple outdoor living at the picnic table by the charcoal grill or gather around the firepit for a cozy evening. You will be close to shopping dining and a wide range of activities including boating, fishing, golfing and more. Inside the home the second level opens into a spacious living area that is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and generous space for shared meals. Down the hall are the bedrooms and bathrooms offering comfortable sleeping options including a king bed in the primary suite. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few owners closets on the property. Other things to note ★ STRICTLY ENFORCED Number of guests: the apartment accommodates up to 6 registered guests. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests staying. Additional guests are not permitted at any time during your stay. ★ This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. While we absolutely encourage celebrations, relaxation, and making wonderful memories, this property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings of any kind. Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10 PM and are strictly enforced. Excessive noise, events, or disturbances will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. We appreciate guests who value a peaceful environment and treat the home and neighborhood with care. ★ Check out instructions Please load the dishwasher and take out the trash to the outside can before departing. ★ CHECK IN 4 PM or later If our cleaners finish early we will notify you as soon as the home is ready. Early check in is not guaranteed and we are unable to provide a specific time in advance. ★ CHECK OUT By 10 AM To ensure the home is ready for the next guests we are unable to accommodate late check outs. Cleaners charge an infraction fee of 50 dollars for every 15 minutes past 10 AM if they are required to wait. ★ Trash pickup You will be asked to roll the trash can to the road the night before scheduled town pickup which occurs twice weekly from March through November and once weekly during the remaining months. ★ Lawn care You may see the lawn care team stop by for routine yard maintenance during your stay. ★ Hurricane season Hurricane season runs June through November.
