This property offers a private entrance, 2 car garage, fully stocked kitchen and much more. Pool heating: Pool Heating is at an additional cost of $89/day with a 3 day minimum. It takes a day to heat the pool so let us know 48 hrs before check in if you want the pool heated and and at what temperature. *89-96 is recommended. BBQ: Please note we provide a BBQ grill and empty propane tanks. If you would like our staff to fill up the propane tank for you it's $69/per tank. Otherwise, the tanks can be filled at a nearby propane gas station or store for only the cost of the propane. Please let us know if you have any questions. Utilities: $24/day
