Lovely 1-bedroom between Chapultepec and Condesa

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of San Miguel Chapultepec, a peaceful neighborhood with cool galleries, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The location is excellent. A few minute walk to Bosque de Chapultepec, Condesa neighborhood, grocery shopping and all modes of public transportation (subway, metrobús, city bikes). The place is very comfortable and has amazing natural light. Its large windows open to a central bamboo garden. The space The building has a security guard at the door 24/7. A parking spot is available in the premises (please notify us when booking if you wish to bring a car). The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator. The kitchen, dining area and living room are all part of an open space with big windows to a lovely bamboo garden. There are two full bathrooms, one is private to the bedroom where you’ll sleep in a super comfortable queen size bed. There is also a futon chair in the living room (the yellow armchair) that unfolds to sleep one more person. You’ll have wifi and there is a smart TV in the living room. A 2in1 washer+drier is located in the kitchen under the counter and you’ll have everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. Other things to note We cannot accept pets—including service animals unfortunately—due to severe allergies in the family. Thank you for understanding. A note for winter packing: the apartment gets quite chilly in winter and there is only a small wall heater in the bedroom (AC and heating systems are rare in Mexico City homes).
