Located on an inlet connecting to Lake Pend Orielle, our 4 bedroom, 2100 sq ft home is perfect for families that love the water! This beautiful waterfront home is ideally located just 20 feet from the water. Spend your days enjoying your own private beach, dock and calm swimming area. After a day spent out on the lake or exploring nearby Sandpoint, you can relax in the hot tub, curl up on the deck chairs watching the stars, or gather around the fire pit on the beach! The space The house is an open concept bungalow which is perfect for family and friends to gather and spend quality time together. The back yard has a beautiful deck, hot tub, sandy beach and fire pit area. The patio is huge and accessible from the kitchen and two waterside bedrooms. It is fully furnished for summer BBQ dinners outdoors, and lounging on the outdoor couches for morning coffee and cocktail hour. Even with over 9 restaurants you can reach by boat we find it hard to leave our own waterfront dining room! With four bedrooms, we find it has plenty of room for 2-3 families. The kids room has two sets of bunk beds . We also have blow up mattresses for when we have few extra kids staying with us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. In fact, I think we have more cooking utensils in this kitchen than we do at our full time house in Canada! We have a Margaritaville blender and a coffee maker that takes both traditional drip and Keurig pods. We are fully stocked with games (for both indoor and outdoor), books and DVD's. We have some sand toys, floaties and kayaks, paddleboards, and a floating island for the water. Guest access This is a single family home so guests have the entire house and yard with private beach area to themselves. The yard is not fenced so you will have a few of the friendly neighbourhood kids passing through on the way to a neighbours house yelling hi as they pass by! Other things to note The house has keyless entry so arrival time is flexible.
