This is the area you’re looking for. The space Located a short walk from the Chesapeake Bay our well-loved beach home features two bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath and a large living/dining area. Sleeping arrangements for 4, this home is the upper unit of a duplex and is located on a large lot with a few crazy looking Live Oak trees. All linens are provided. All beds are very comfortable with  queen size beds in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, full dinner and cookware and more. One SmartTV in the living room with Wi-Fi and a second Smart TV in the guest bedroom (please note, no cable, streaming only). Parking is large enough for 4 vehicles (2 cars/2 deep), but street parking is available as well. Parking area for this unit is the right 2 spots nearest the stairs for this upstairs unit. Please be aware this is a well-loved beach home and that you are not renting a brand new, freshly renovated home. The home has an updated kitchen, paint and flooring but the home itself has been a local beach home for some time with older features around. We are animal lovers and can consider up to one dog at this property on a case by case basis. In addition to us reviewing if we will consider them, we ask that they are well behaved and are not barkers. The downstairs is a rental as well and there may be guests with a dog staying downstairs as well. If authorized, we ask that you take care and clean up after your dog outside, have them on a lease while outside, do not leave them unattended in the home and be sure that they do not destroy anything inside the unit. You will be fully responsible for any damage caused. A $100 non-refundable pet fee is due 5 business days before check-in (can be sent via the Air BnB app). Other things to note Second floor duplex. Must climb stairs.
