Spacious and bright, this room has all the comforts you need for a quiet stay. - A private bathroom, towels provided - Quality bedding ensures a comfortable sleep; bed linen provided - The entry is shared - Access to the shared 10 x 5 m private pool between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM only Check-in from 5:30 PM to 6 PM The space The room has its own private shower room, faces south, and overlooks the private garden, facing Sancy and Monteyroux (classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France). It is bright, with an area of about 18 m², and is very peaceful thanks to the surrounding nature. The bedroom has a 140 bed, a large dressing table, two chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink. The toilet is common but dedicated to you ( 2 toilets in the house) . An electric kettle; tea bags and herbal tea will be at your disposal. You will access the Wi Fi in the house but the network in the room is not of excellent quality. Bedding and towels are available. Leaflets, brochures, and tourist maps available in the room. Liquid body soap. The room is non-smoking, and eating in the room is not allowed. Guest access 3 minutes from the free A75 highway exit (house located 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 10 minutes from Issoire) - Arrival by car: guests can park their vehicle in front of the house or in the parking lot right next to the house (the house is in a cul-de-sac) Your vehicle will then be parked close to the house. - Arrival by train: the train station is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. - Guests will be totally free in their movements and schedules, the entrance is shared. A 2-person bedroom is also available (double bed) with shower room (sink) and office area (13 m2 bedroom).
