Warm, light and cosy one bedroom apartment in excellent Fitzrovia location. Set on the first floor of a well kept mansion block, this apartment is perfect for leisure or business travel. Double bedroom, comfy sitting room, kitchen with a small dining table and a bathroom with shower and bath. Dozens of eateries, bars and coffee shops on your doorstep, supermarkets nearby and a well stocked kitchen if you're eating in. The apartment is clean and comfortably decorated. The space I believe that honesty is key with Airbnb so I haven't pitched this flat as luxury. It is comfortable, light, cosy and clean - in an excellent location. It's perfect if you are looking for an affordable Central London bolthole that is good for all the attractions, restaurants and transport links. Guest access There is a separate single bedroom that is locked for the owner's personal belongings during guest stays. Other things to note Once you have requested dates, I will need to confirm the cleaning and a meet and greet slot for your arrival. You will be met at the flat with a 1 hour slot to hand over keys and other information for your stay. If you are arriving from abroad I will need your flight details in advance to check if your flight is delayed. Early/morning check in is often available Checkout will often be remote - I will ask for a set of photos of how the flat is left and you will be asked to leave keys on the table. I can often be flexible for early checkin and late checkout if your travel plans require it - just ask when booking.
