This family home, completely renovated in 2021, opens the doors to an exceptionally rich region 🌱where each step becomes an amazing discovery. 📍Less than 30 minutes from the house, you can access all the most beautiful tourist sites in the north of Lot: Carrenac, Autoire, Loubressac, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Martel, Curemonte, Beaulieu sur Dordogne… The space The house is bathed in light and is completely renovated with new bedding. On the ground floor: - A new fully equipped kitchen with an extendable table - Living room – dining room with fireplace overlooking a terrace. Extendable table. 2 bedrooms - double beds (160*200) Upstairs - A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and washing machine - 1 bedroom with double bed (160*200) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90*200) and a game room 😉 - 1 office At the back of the house, a garden welcomes you to relax! ⚠️Please note that I do not provide linens (sheets/towels/dish towels). The beds have protections. JULY-AUGUST: weekly bookings only Guest access The house is in the heart of the village and only a few hundred meters from the town🏖️'s lake (children's games, fitness trail, supervised swimming in summer) and the famous Dordogne, 🏞️you will benefit from direct access to nature. In summer you can canoe on the Dordogne or simply relax on one of the many beaches along the river. Within the village you can enjoy family entertainment at the foot of the house with the gourmet market on Wednesday evenings in July and August, the water park with slide and supervised swimming (possibility of paddle boarding) and its open-air café/restaurant open 7 days a week and small concerts offered in summer as well. A petanque court is also available just below the house for everyone's enjoyment. (balls available at the house) Other things to note Thanks to its attractiveness (body of water and campsite reserved for motorhome owners, gourmet markets, lakeside open-air café), the village is lively with traffic. In the evening you can play games of pétanque on the boulodrome below the house until 10pm maximum to respect the tranquility of the inhabitants. Registration details 952480325
