Miami World CUP Private Home Walk to Bch Hot tub!

Our home is located in one of the quietest and friendliest neighborhoods in South Florida, on a divided street with palm trees and gumbo limbos lining the median, minutes from everything. Now has a brand new hot tub and TVs in all bedrooms except the master which has the en-suite! The space Great open plan comfortable clean home in a quite neighborhood with enough parking for three cars. The owner keeps his car or van and parks in front of the garage door! This still leaves parking for three guests vehicles. If the guest needs more parking please ask! Thanks Lance Guest access The whole house including the back yard now with a new hot tub! The East side of the house is not accessible for guests its private! The Owner is currently working on an Airbnb Airstream conversion project doing a remodel for future Airbnb stays, it has its own private access and will comfortably accommodate 2 guests who are looking for a different Airbnb experience. This project was motivated by the city of pompano beach’s covid 19 protocol that there must be somebody on the property 24/7 for any stays post lockdown. This was my way to stay in compliance. Once the project is complete it will be listed on Airbnb as a new listing and all previous guests will receive an invitation for a discounted stay and to get their experience feedback! Currently the Owner is occasionally staying in the Airstream on site during stays this in no way effects the guests experience, in fact it’s a Benefit when something needs to be addressed it is seen to ASAP. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask! Thanks Lance Other things to note The 4th bedroom also doubles as a workspace/office and has a queen pullout. For privacy there is a curtain, nr future will be a wall and pocket door! Parking there is enough parking for two or three vehicles. The owner was using Turo to rent out vehicles but has since stopped and is now selling those cars, there are still two vehicles parked on the drive in front of the garage door until sold. One of the cars gets used by the owner when he is in town and it will come and go please leave that space for him!!! Thank you for your understanding! The east side of the home is private and has a Airstream travel trailer. After a City ordinance mandated during post covid 19 stated that there must be someone on site 24/7. The Owner sometimes stays there during guest stays working on it for a future Airbnb destination rental!!! You will probably never see the Owner unless you need him for something! Thanks Lance
