Adorable 3 bedroom guesthouse with pool

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, wood fired hot tub and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away. The space The 300 year old Monk's House is a spacious yet cosy 3 bedroom cottage with a private courtyard garden with a private hot tub. The main pool is shared with the owners but is available for all our guests. There is lots of space for children to play, a small forest within the grounds and close to nature for nice walks. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with two single beds. The living area has an open fire and a separate dining area seating 8 people. There is a separate TV area. Outside in the private courtyard garden there is a seating area, BBQ and a wood fired hot tub for your use. Guest access Parking is available at the farm close to the house. We are installing electric car recharges and in the meantime provide electricity charging from the house. Buses are 15 minutes walk away direct to Kristianstad. Other things to note The Swimming Pool is available from May to September from 7am to 9pm each day. We have a farm shop onsite open 10am to 6pm everyday. The hot tub is wood fired and takes guests 4 hours to heat up.
